Blood Flow
01:40
|
|||
My blood flows thin
Pain and anger setting in
Suffering through another day
Filled with hatred and disdain
For the rich who live in ivory towers
The strong that oppress those who cower
The system that holds hostage the world
Keeps us weak afraid and ready to fold
The ever growing but constant dread
That nothing will change before I’m dead
The rich the poor the strong the weak
Those who laugh and those who weep
Pain and anger setting in
Driving me off the edge
The greed the hate the fear the lies
Those who live and those who die
Pain and anger setting in
Driving me off the edge

Another World
01:00
|
|||
I dream of another world,
Where the hungry are fed and
The homeless are sheltered,
Where no cry for help or justice goes unheard,
Where the innocent are protected and
The youth have a future,
Where equality is not just taught but learned,
Another world is possible,
I dream of another world,
Where the bombs stop falling and
The bullets stop flying,
Where the wars finally come to a halt,
Where there are no more victims or senseless fights,
Where we hold accountable those at fault,
Another world in necessary

Meaningless
02:10
|
|||
We vote in these elections and nothing ever changes,
Because changing the players doesn’t change what the game is,
You can vote left wing or you can vote right wing,
But you cannot vote to change who really pulls the strings,
The media divides us with meaningless disagreements,
Who’s the better scapegoat? Who is more convenient?
Who’s left? Who’s right? Does it even fucking matter?,
The class system is a fucking disaster.
Trying to change things using the System that’s provided,
Is exactly what they want so they Can keep us all divided,
The system is designed to keep a knife at our throat,
If it could change anything do you
Think they’d let us vote?,
One lone dissenter or even a small unruly group,
Can never truly bring about a world changing coup,
The system and our governments
Do not fear our different sects,
They fear that we may work together and
Fight for something better.,
They divide us with questions and
Meaningless answers,
A cavalcade of queries and bullshit standards,
They choose to lump us all in some classification,
Insisting that in-fighting will bring clarification,
Pitting us against each other in some
Meaningless fight,
Over something as trivial as
Who’s left and who’s right,
This has gone on for decades far too long,
It’s time to ask who’s right and who’s wrong!

When Will They Realize?
01:11
|
|||
When will they realize?
As Armageddon rolls over the hills of industry and the acidic seas of “progress”
When will they realize?
As the air thickens with black smog as impenetrable
As the bank vault it serves
When will they realize?
As the water darkens and steams a phosphorescent mist of chemicals
When will they realize?
As the soil becomes so saturated with the run off that it no longer bears fruit
When will they realize?
As the last tree in the ruins of a once great forest falls
When will they realize?
As the oil pushes one final turn of the pump jack and then comes to a stop
When will they realize?
As the lights of the multinational corporations begin to flicker
Then will they realize?

Birds Of A Feather
01:58
|
|||
Commonality and the fires that we feed
Illuminate the banners of our ideologies
Though our methods may be different we Share an enemy
Together we can fight against the authority
And rally behind the barriers of unity
If we stop our petty squabbles,
Set aside our tiny differences
And fight together towards
What our best interest is
Together we can change the world
And if it matter anymore
Once the battle is over and the system is a corpse
Look around and ask yourself “Is it worth another war?”

Price Of A Dollar
01:05
|
|||
A short piece on the price of a dollar
It’s hard to eat when you’re too tired to swallow
Fingers worked to the bone
Feeling too low to wallow
The pedestal is built but the stairs are unfinished
“Pay your own way” the sign says in bold
With letters gilded in gold
While the people in the shadow lay poor and cold
Every day they toil to build those stairs
And every day they get smaller
Because they don’t realize that
They’re only making the pedestal taller

Consumption
02:08
|
|||
Capitalism spreads a disease known as consumption,
It’s fed by false necessity and corporate corruption,
Their fabricated scarcity drives wasteful production,
So that wealth can be hoarded without interruption,
The ethics of a system that steals
Through wage suppression,
Can be argued, protested, marched, and questioned,
Such defiance will always be
Bought out with concessions,
No ethics in a system of oppression
Squandered Expended Wasting away
Surplus value stolen every day
To drive the divide between the classes
The rich stay rich and the poor pay taxes
No ethical consumption so be aware of what you buy,
Commodities produced by exploiting people’s lives,
So produce what you can on your own DIY,
Buy directly from the worker and
Skip the corporate lies,
Repurpose upcycle do what you can to reuse,
When faced with sweatshop made goods just refuse,
Because by continuing to support
A system fueled by abuse,
You become the oppression that you consume.
Squandered Expended Wasting away
Surplus value stolen every day
To drive the divide between the classes
The rich stay rich and the poor pay taxes

The Divide
01:20
|
|||
The divide isn’t clear it’s vague
It’s just some numbers on a gridded plane,
Unclear where but most likely off shore,
Out of sight and mind of the overworked poor,
The divide isn’t fair and it isn’t equal,
It favors the rich the elite of the people,
For every dollar you make they make a hundred,
They work you until you’re on your death bed,
Until their wallets are full to capacity,
Then the bastards will have the audacity,
To say
“If you follow your dreams,
You can be like me”
Well the time has come to make a stand,
Eat the rich and free the land

Life Is...
00:49
|
|||
Life is an uphill battle,
Nothing’s guaranteed and nothings given for free,
The world stands medicated and docile,
Ready service with a smile,
Sorted and categorized,
Filed and organized,
Complacency,
It flows through the dialogue like a disease,
Before you know your views are changed,
Ideals forgotten and replaced with the same,
Repugnant concepts you fought in youth,
Every drawn breath further from the truth,
Don’t let them brainwash you with
The misinformation cavalcade,
In your mind you must
Go to the barricades

All Cops
01:01
|
|||
All cops are bastards
When I say all cops are bastards I mean all cops,
Yes I mean your father, yes I mean your mother
Yes I mean your sister, yes I mean your brother
Yes I mean your friends, yes I mean your lover
Anyone who chooses to be a dog
Of the state is a bastard
In this day and age of not all cops,
Blue lives matter
Thin blue line and propaganda ever after
There are people who believe that the police
Are there to protect you and me
Or provide any semblance of public safety
If there were good cops they’d rat out the bad
But they don’t and they never have
Because the police are a fucking gang
When I say all cops are bastards I mean all cops
All cops are bastards
